The convenience of a face mask is wonderful when you are sick. I know this because I often have days when my eyes, sinuses and respiratory passages get stuffy and sore. These are some common symptoms of colds or allergies.
A face mask can be a great solution when you have an allergy. It is easy to apply, and the best part is that it only takes a minute or two to put on.
When you put on the mask, it doesn’t smell like chemicals, perfume or a mild scent from an inhaler. There are no irritants in the mask, so you won’t have trouble breathing as you put it on.
Many people have a very common problem with dry skin and irritated or cracked lips. If you have allergies or colds, these problems can cause you to itch and rub your lips or elbows a lot. They also make your face red and irritated.
While we are on the subject of dry skin, when I am feeling itchy, I use ice cube packs to relieve my irritation. This will help me sleep. It helps to calm my nerves.
When I want to relax I drink a cup of hot water with a teaspoon of cinnamon and a teaspoon of freshly ground pepper, mixed in with hot water and add to a cup of fresh herbal tea. This can help me unwind and sleep at night.
I use a body mask for after lunch or dinner when I am feeling sluggish. I eat an apple and a piece of cheese. By doing this, I am getting my skin cleansed and making my digestive system work more efficiently.
Sometimes a cold eye mask will do wonders, and it helps to clear up my eyebags. I love this mask because it cools my throat down and clears my nasal passages.
